Exposing the Enemy

I’m the voice inside your head

Some preachers don’t speak of me or my condemnation
They’re too afraid to preach the truth and lose their donations
They’d rather make you feel good than steer towards salvation
Now countless believe I’m just imagination
I’m Beelzebub, a fallen star, the dragon, a seducer
A dark angel, the wicked one, a deceiver, an abuser
The prince of darkness, also known as the accuser
The father of lies, devil, Satan, I’m Lucifer

Destruction’s my goal
To enslave your soul

To fill your desire
Then swallow you whole

But here’s the twist
I’m the truth you missed
If you call me a liar
Then I don’t exist

Jesus replied, I saw Satan fall like lightening from heaven.
Brothers and sisters, your enemy, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour

Pride is the reason I fell from grace
I deserve God’s throne to rule in his place
I convinced a third of angels to join me in the chase
We were cast out of heaven, among the human race
Now I have vowed to destroy mankind
To deceive his thoughts and corrupt his mind
Adam and Eve and Judas, they were so blind
To reject God’s Word and instead accept mine

As the prince of the world and the ruler of the nations
I stand before you all and make this declaration
As I’ve deceived billions through every generation
I will not stop till I have lead as many to damnation

Hypocrisy, sorcery, black magic, adultery
They're all my playground won’t you come and play with me
